Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:

- Making your own decisions based on our discussions
Payment Terms
Fees
All fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are due as specified in your service agreement. Payment must be received before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as specified in individual service agreements. Generally, fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality regarding all client information shared during coaching engagements, except where:
